This is a legal document between the two parties that is sysicons.com and the purchaser of icons from this site. Downloading icons from this site means that, you have agreed to by follow all the rules and regulations stated in this document.

You are allowed to do the following

You have rights for royalty free use of our icons for any or all of your commercial/ personal/ design/software projects or applications. You may modify the icons as per your requirements and use them royalty free in any or all of your commercial/personal/design/software projects or applications.

You are prohibited from doing the following

You do not have rights to Redistribute/resell/lease/license/sub-license our icons in their present form or in a modified form to any third party.

You are not allowed to use our icons in any resalable website templates. (However we allow our icons to be used on your own website and/or your client's website.)

You are not allowed to use our icons in electronic bulletin boards in downloadable format.

You are not allowed to include our icons in any web applications that is resellable or software programs as an additional attachment with a view to increase your sales or for any other purpose. Doing such things is not allowed by us and will be treated as redistribution of our icons.

The copyrights of the entire icons downloaded from this site will be with sysicons.com, and we deserve the right to make any changes in the price of our icons or icon -packages without notice and at our sole discretion.

We (sysicons.com) cannot be held responsible for any outcome that may happen through the way of usage of our icons.

If we find anybody guilty of copying, stealing, reselling, leasing or renting our icons and/or icon designs, all sysicons.com licenses will automatically be cancelled and they will be prone to legal action.
